How do you accrue pension?

B. The pension you accrue through your employment The pension that you accrue via your employer’s pension scheme is shown in your Uniform Pension Overview (UPO). You receive the UPO once a year for as long as you accrue a pension with Bpf MITT. The old-age pension that you have accrued up to now is shown in the UPO. The UPO also provides information about your partner's and orphans’ pension. This is the pension for your partner and children in the event of your death.
