How do you accrue pension?

Both you and your employer pay for your pension You and your employer pay monthly pension contributions. You pay 8.00% and your employer pays 16.00%. In essence, the contribution is the price of your pension. For 2019, the premium is 24.00% of the pension base. Every month, your employer pays the pension contribution to Bpf MITT. Your share of the pension contribution is deducted from your gross salary by your employer. The exact amount is stated on your payslip. Your employer’s contribution is not shown on your payslip.
